Welcome to Iveto.org. This page states the terms and conditions (the “Terms” or the “Agreement”) under which you may use the website. Please read the following carefully. By accessing the website you accept and agree to be bound, without limitation or qualification, by these Terms. If you do not accept any of the Terms stated here, do not use the website.


The contents of this website, including but not limited to text, software, photographs, graphics, audio, video, logos, trademarks, service marks and other material (“Material”) are protected by copyright and other laws in both the United States and elsewhere.

You may view and download a single copy of the Material on the website solely for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not sell or modify the Material or reproduce, display, distribute, or otherwise use the Material in any way for any public or commercial purpose without written permission from the Iveto.org.


Your use of Iveto.org is at your own risk. If you are dissatisfied with any of the Materials or other contents of the website or with these Terms and Conditions, the Iveto.org Privacy Policy, or other policies, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the website.


As a condition of your use of Iveto.org, you will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Website in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Iveto.org (or the network(s) connected to Iveto.org) or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of any Iveto.org service/site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Iveto.org service/site, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Iveto.org Site/Service, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through Iveto.org.


As a condition of your use of Iveto.org, you agree to abide by the terms of our Privacy Policy. You agree to respect the privacy of all visitors and signers of your petition and not to disclose any information acquired from them without prior consent. The sole exception to this rule, as per our Privacy Policy, is when you are presenting the petition to its intended recipient. At that time, and only on one single occasion, you may present a disaggregated list of signers. You will not use any information collected from your petition for marketing or other mass email (spam) purposes without the explicit consent of your signers.


The website may contain links to third party Web sites (“Linked Sites”). The Linked Sites are not under the control of the Iveto.org and the Iveto.org is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Iveto.org providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Iveto.org of the site or any association with its operators. You are responsible for viewing and abiding by the privacy statements and terms of use posted at the Linked Sites.

Any dealings with third parties (including advertisers) included within the Iveto.org website or participation in promotions, including the delivery of and the payment for goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings or promotions, are solely between you and the advertiser or other third party.


Iveto.org offers its users tools to edit the text of petitions. These tools are intended to be used only for light edits and minor changes or additions/deletions. If in the opinion of Iveto.org a user substantially edits a petition so as to change or misrepresent its original meaning, Iveto.org reserves the right to remove a petition or suspend an account. This right may be exercised at the sole discretion of Iveto.org.


At several points on the website (notably but not limited to the home page and the page users see after signing a petition)  Iveto.org may ask its users to consider making a payment, contribution or donation to Iveto.org (collectively, “Payments”). These Payments are entirely optional and are never required to join Iveto.org as a member or to sign a petition. They are what allow the Iveto.org to offer a free service to thousands of users around the world. It is always clearly stated that the Payment is directed toward the Iveto.org and not to the petition hosts or their associated causes.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
